Ticket Solved is a YouTube channel that takes real problems hosting customers send to technical support and fixes them on screen, step by step, in plain English: WordPress errors, domains and DNS, email, SSL, cPanel and VPS basics.
About the Ticket Solved publishing tool
The channel is produced with a private, single-user tool. It prepares tutorial videos and uses the YouTube Data API to upload them to the Ticket Solved channel, update their titles, descriptions and thumbnails, publish them, and read their view counts. It works only with the channel owner's own YouTube account and is not offered to anyone else.
